Mary (not real name) was a forty-six year-old lady. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer in October 2004 and underwent a mastectomy. She was asked to undergo chemotherapy but declined, preferring to follow the CA Care Therapy. She was started on the herbs: Capsule A & B, LL-tea, Liver-P and Breast M on 28 November 2004. She was doing very well while on our therapy. On 28 November 2006 we interviewed Mary about her health. For full details of her story read Chapter 9 of Breast Cancer: The Herbal Option.
Mary: Do look at me. No words can describe how well I feel. Actually before this medical report was out (showing her latest blood test results), my heart already knew that it would be better than the last time because I could feel it myself. I feel better although I am tired at times. But with the right balance of food, and a little bit of rest in between, I am up and about again. Fifteen minutes nap and a few deep breaths — even though I might be very tired, I would be up again.

Breast Cancer Recurrence

The gist of our conversation:

1. Complacency:  In 2005 (when first diagnosed) and 2006 she complied fully with our therapy. In 2007, she started to become adventurous – hovering around in the forbidden territory. And in 2008, she totally forgot about what CA Care Therapy was all about.
2. No herbs, bad diet:  In December 2008, cancer reared its ugly head again!
3. No monitoring:  She did not even do any blood test in 2008.
4. Pushing the Boundary: What prompted her to try push her boundary? She was over-confident! She felt she was already well and therefore “cured.”  Her explanation was, “I was trying to live a normal life.”  She wanted to go into the “main stream” and behaved like others who did not have cancer.

The second part of the video shows what happened to MT after the e-Therapy. After two to four sessions, MT appeared to be a “different person” — free from all pains. She is able to walk normally (no more limps). Sitting down and getting up is no problem anymore.

MT is a 44-year-old female from Batam. In August 2005, she found a thumb-sized lump in her right breast. She underwent mastectomy followed by 6 cycles of chemotherapy and 30 radiation treatments. She took tamoxifen for 5 years.
MT was told by her doctors that she had an early stage breast cancer and she had a 90% chance of cure. She believed her doctors and did exactly as what was told. MT spent a total of 60 million rupiahs for her medical treatment.
In April 2011, MT started having pains in her tail bone and shoulder blade. She took “jamu” (Indonesian herbs). The pain became more intense. Her legs started to hurt. She became breathless — could not walk far as she tires easily.
A CT scan in February 2012 indicated metastasis to her bones. She gave up medical treatment and came to seek our help on 9 March 2012.

After Two Months on CA Care Therapy

About two months on CA Care herbs, MT came back to see us. Her health had improved and there was no more pain. But when she stopped taking the Pain Tea, the pain came back. As she was in Penang for a week, MT was put on the e-Therapy for her pains.

Pain Gone After e-Therapy

Ai Hoa is a 78 year old lady. In May 2008 she had chocolate-coloured vaginal discharge. She consulted 2 gynaecologists and both told her, “… nothing was wrong …”
Her daughter brought her to Singpaore of further consultation. A PAP smear done on 16 March 2009 indicated high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) / CIN 3. A biopsy indicated microinvasive squamous cell carcinoma.
A PET-CT scan on 23 March 2009 indicated a hypermetabolic FDG cervical mass with diffusely increased uterine avidity which was inseparable from the uterus and the upper part of the vagina.There was metastasis, but no evidence of liver metastases. Blood test showed normal ESR, renal and liver function. Her CEA was 6.9 and CA 125 was 124. An endoscopy showed gastritis. She was tested positive for Helicobacter pylori. A colonoscopy showed numerous small polyps in her rectum. She was given Baraclude for the hepatitis B (being a carrier).
On 25 March 2009, she underwent concurrent chemo-radiation treatment. Her health worsened. Listen to the conversation.

Cervical Cancer: Stage 3B – Health Restored Part 2

YHC is 68 years old. In November 2011, he had a swelling in his right collar bone region. A biopsy was done and the doctor suspected it was cancer. A second opinion confirmed cancer. YHC underwent chemotherapy for lymphoma. Results after chemotherapy on 5 March 2012 was encouraging. But by 28 March 2012 the tumour increased in size! A right pleural effusion was also noted. YHC is now said to have “bronchogenic carcinoma with mediastinal lymph nodes”. His lungs is actually getting worse after chemotherapy.

SK is a 39-year-old lady from Indonesia. On 11 November 2011 she came to a private hospital in Penang for a general wellness check-up. She was given a clean bill of health. She went home to Jakarta feeling satisfied and happy. However, three months later SK developed fevers and breathing difficulties. There was fluid in her lungs. Pleural tapping was done – four litres of fluid was tapped out. The doctor suggested a biopsy followed by chemotherapy. She refused and came to Kuala Lumpur for a second opinion. Here, pleural tapping, biopsy and a CT scan was done. Again she refused chemotherapy.

BH is a 65-year-old lady from Indonesia. In July 2011, she was diagnosed with carcinoma of the cervix. She underwent radiotherapy: 25 sessions of external beam radiation and 3 sessions of internal radiation. She also received 2 cycles of chemotherapy.
All treatments were completed in October 2011. She felt well and believed she was cured. But four months later, a CT scan showed metastatic progression of disease to her lungs. She was asked to go for more treatment: 6 cycles of chemotherapy and 5 sessions of radiotherapy. She declined and sought our help in February 2012. This is her story.

60-year-old Les had the following underlying medical problems: hypertension, depression, ischaemic heart disease and childhood asthma. In 2004, he was diagnosed with a benign prostatic hyperplasia – a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland. This makes urination difficult and uncomfortable. He has been taking Hytrin ever since.
In may 2011, his PSA reading was at 9.2. A biopsy was done, and indicated cancer of the prostate, Gleason score 3 + 3. He was advised to go for chemotherapy or TURP. He declined both procedures. Instead, he came to seek our help on 15 May 2011. After one week on the herbs, Les reported that he felt “heaty”. Four days on the herbs, he did not have any more pain when urinating. But if he stopped taking the herbs, the pain recurred. We did not get to see Les again until the end of March 2012. Listen to our conversation.

Part 1:  Ron is a 22-year-old male from Indonesia. Two years ago, he felt numbness in his right leg. He did not do anything about it. Then in Jun 2011, he experienced seizure attacks in his right leg. each seizure may last about 20 – 25 minutes. Ron suffered about three seizures per week. And he felt numbness in his right leg every day.

A CT scan showed tumour in his brain. An MRI confirmed the presence of left fronto-parietal lobe tumour with cystic central necrosis. The lesion measure 6 X 6.2 X 6.7 cm in size. There is also involvement in the sensory cortex. Ron was prescribed four drugs Levetiracetam, Phenytoin (both for epilepsy), Dexamethasone (steroid) and Lanzoprazole (for ulcer and reflux to take care of the side effects of the medications). He stopped all these drugs after seeing us in August, 2011. Listen to our conversation.

Part 2:  Ron: When I started to take the herbs, I had no more full blown seizure. Even if a seizure seemed to come, it went off after five minutes. My heart did not beat rapidly like before, anymore.
Father: He still felt numbness in his leg, but the jerking had stopped. After taking the herbs, his health had improved tremendously.

Three years ago, CR underwent a surgery for hip and shoulder joint replacement. After this, she had the following problems:
1) Her left leg felt heavy when walking.
2) There were pricking (electric) sensation when the tips of her left leg fingers were touched or when he left foot stepped on something small.
3) There was numbness in her lower left leg.
Her surgeon was not able to help her. That is the way it is. Or CR can go for another operation to correct the problem!
A month ago, she developed a stiff neck. She underwent the e-Therapy when she came to our centre in Penang. And it is with great satisfaction to note that the e-Therapy helped her very much.

RZ is a 48 year-old Indonesian. He came to seek our help on 18 March 2012, immediately after being discharged from a private hospital. He was in severe pain. Three days after the e-Therapy, his pain was very much relieved.

Lisa is a 35-year-old Indonesian lady. In October 2009, she passed out black stools. She went for medical treatment and seemed to be alright. But in January 2010, a CT scan showed a thickening of the gastric antral wall, consistent with the clinical findings of carcinoma. She went for an operation to remover her stomach. The histopathology dated 12 January 2010 confirmed a diffucse type of adenocarcinoma of stomach, T2N1M1, Stage 4. After 1 cycle of chemotherapy, she fainted and was admitted to the ICU. She was discharged four days later, but could hardly remember many things. She recovered only after one month.

Patient came to Penang and received 6 days of e-thearpy (13-18 February 2012). She benefited from the treatment. Look at her face!

Pat is a 72-year-old lady. Sometime in mid-2010, she was on TB medication for six months. Her legs, abdomen and hands were swollen. A CT scan done on 22 December 2010 showed a 12.1×10.7×5.6 cm mass in the para-aortic region and there were masses involving the left kidney and bilateral adrenal glands. CT chest showed cardiomegaly with mild pericardial effusion. The likely diagnosis is lymphoma.
A biopsy done on 16 February 2011 confirmed diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Pat underwent chemotherapy. The regimen used was CHOP-R, consisting of Cyclephosphamide + Andriamycin + Vincristine + Prenisolone + Rituximab.
The first cycle that Pat received on 24 February 2011 was of low dosage. She received the a full dose during her second cycle. A week later, Pat suffered severe side effects and her husband said, “She as almost ‘chopped off’ by CHOP-R.”
Pat and her family decided to give up further chemotherapy. They came to seek our help on 23 April 2011. She presented with “bad” liver. On 15 February 2012, Pat is doing well now.

SC was 68 years old when her problems began. She is a non-smoker. She started to have coughs for six months. There was no symptom apart from the pain on her right shoulder. On investigation, she was diagnosed with early stage lung cancer, Stage 1B. Surgery was done on 29 September 2008, but it was aborted – an open and close case. The cancer had spread to the back of the chest wall and considered a Stage 4.
Her doctor suggested chemotherapy and said without this treatment she would have only six months to live. SC declined. Her sister died one year after surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy for her breast cancer.
SC sought our help and started taking herbs in October 2008. She is well today, except for her pain. The latest e-mail from her daughter is on 7 February 2012.

Yoke was a 54-year-old female. In October 2010, she had intermittent pains in her abdomen. The pains progressed to her lumbar region, depriving her of sleep. A ultrasound and CT scan and blood test were carried out in a private hospital. She was diagnosed with carcinoma of the pancreas (body and tail) with infiltration of the splenic vein, encasement of the roots of the portal vein and multiple hepatic metastases.
Yoke refused chemotherapy, and came to seek our help on 20 November, 2010. She took CA Care herbs and was doing well. Her pains went away and she had good appetite. She was busy making arrangements for her daughter’s wedding. We did not get to see her very often, but we know she continually took the herbs.
About six months later, in May2011 Yoke came to our centre and complained of severe pains. Why? What had happened? Listen to her story.

NH is a 83-year-old lady. Sometime in April 2009, she had coughs with white phlegm. She was given cough mixture to take. The problem was not resolved. On 19 October 2009, she went to a private hospital for further management. After a CT scan, she was given a week of antibiotics. This was not effective. Subsequently, the family was told that she had lung cancer. Due to her advanced age, neither the doctor nor the family were interested in any follow-up treatment. NH and her family came to seek our help on 23 October 2009. We never get to see NH although we noted that her son came to collect her herbs regularly. On 20 January 2012, i.e. 2 years and 3 months later – NH came to our centre with her son.

GS is a 54 year-old lady. A cervical biopsy and endometrial curetting indicated a moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma of the endometrium. She underwent a toal abdominal hysterectomy at a private hospital. The pathology report confirmed a well-differentiated adenocarcinoma of the endometrium, classical endometroid type Stage 3B, tumour invades into the cervical stroma. She was asked to go for radiotherapy, but she refused. She also declined chemotherapy that was suggested.
GS came to seek our help on 9 April, 2008. Until today, she is fine and live a normal life. She had been taking the herbs religiously, besides taking care of her diet. In April, 2012, GS would have been on the herbs for FOUR years.

SK’s problem started two years ago. He had blood in his urine. This problem disappeared after he took some medicine prescribed by his doctor. In May 2011, there was blood in his urine again. An ultrasound on 27 May 2011 indicated a 67.2 X 64.2 mm mass in his right kidney and a 70.5 X 56.0 mm. With medication, his problem disappeared again.
Mid-November 2011, SK had blood in his urine again. This time he went to Singapore for further consultation. A CT scan on 16 November 2011, indicated a large mass, 6.7 X 8.4 X 7 cm in his left kidney. The right kidney has a nodular mass, 6.6 X 4.9 X 6.4 cm in size. Appearances are highly of bilateral renal neoplasm.
A blood test on 16 November 2011 showed elevated creatinine level (141.0). His alkaline phosphatase at 165 and GGT at 228 were high. A bone scan done on 21 November 2011 indicated mildly increased tracer uptake in the paranasal region, likely due to inflammatory process. There is no conclusive evidence of bony metastases.
Based on the above, the doctor in Singapore said he was 95 per cent sure that SK has kidney cancer. SK was asked to undergo an operation to remove the tumours in both his kidneys. This would involve removing one and a half kidney. There is a 50:50 chance that the remaining one half of the other kidney may not function after the surgery. If this happens, SK would have to be on dialysis.

Siti was 48 years old when she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer Stage 4. She underwent a total hysterectomy in 2005 followed by three cycles of chemotherapy. She gave up chemo and took herbs.

Part 1 – She Gave Up Chemotherapy and Turned to Herbs

At first, Siti and her husband did not believe in what we at CA Care are doing. Many times, they were “pushed” by a friend to come and see us. Eventually they relented and came to see us in Penang. From then on, it was no turning back. Siti’s health improved. It has been seven years now and she is doing well.

One week of suffering. After I regained my strength, I went for another shot. I couldn’t eat and my body felt very tired. During that time I felt like dying. I could not carry anything and I was drained off my energy. After I recovered, I have to go for another “bang”. The second chemo was worse than the first one. But for the third cycle I was alright – that was after I started to take your herbs.
